Not sure if its related to ACPI, but i got this error 3 times recently, After my laptop lid had been closed, and or I was in stand-by. When I tried to return, The screen would not come up, no terminals either. I had to hard boot out of it. Then I get this error. Only this time I was online to report it.

Just happened to me after updates last night, Lucid Beta. Sony laptop and it happened after I closed the lid. I also had to do a hard reboot.
