"Save snapshot" doesn't work

Bug Description

Save snapshot doesn't work. When I run kdetvv4lsetup (as root), it works.
When i compile and install it from source, this problem doesn't exist.

I think that the permissions of kdetvv4lsetup are wrong in the ubuntu package.
