apparmor does not work with midori

I am trying to build a profile for midori. I used a profile that was working on karmic ....

here are the error messages:

This isn't an AppArmor upstream problem, but a problem with the Ubuntu policy. Please file a new bug in Ubuntu if you are still having this issue.
