No easy way to see user's email address from contracts.php

As the cage manager may require sending out emails to groups of students at a time, there needs to be a way to see emails of students all at once.
Perhaps a dummy icon "mail" could be added to the "print" and "delete" buttons, with a mailto address for now.

Later on, that could be expanded to a dedicated mail function.

An "email" module may be in the works for a future version, but the mailto function will do for now.
