Bug Description
Banking costs charged by the SNS Bank on a personal account do not have a remote_account, and have a type 'DIV'. This combination is judged invalid by the current parser.
Example:
25-02-2010,
After modifying the code to allow this combination, the statements of this bank account are handled very well. This is much appreciated, and a great asset for the Dutch community.
