[lucid] missing translation for GNOME Login Sound

it's a libcanberra issue it doesn't set the Ubuntu gettext domain

it's fact it's not that trivial, libcanberra doesn't use gettext and doesn't have anything set for translations, that will not likely change for lucid

rejecting the Lucid task as per Sebastien last comment, that doesn't mean that this is not going to be fixed in the future. Thanks for reporting Kamus.
