The linked page is correct, but the description of the link is not. +related-software shows projects and packages that are owned by the user, but the "Most active in" portlet is showing where the user is making contributions. Most users are not owners or uploaders, so the projects they contribute to are will not be listed.
The link should be retitled as "Recent activities", which the +karma page is showing. The link to +karma was added 8 months ago, before that, projects were listed without indication that what the user has been doing recently.
