landscape orientation doesn't work in printing or export to lilypond

Binary package hint: noteedit

I think this might be related to interfacing with lilypond as the "Export to Lilypond" for a page in landscape orientation doesn't work. If I edit the *.ly file and move the "\paper {...}" attribute from the bottom of the file to just after the "\version {...}" then and only then will I get landscape oriented output.

Also, the configuration for Print Preview is set to "kpdf" but "okular" is installed by default not kpdf.
