update-sourcecode should use the system's python

Bug Description
It currently uses /usr/bin/python2.5 -u
The problem with this is that in lucid there's no python2.5 but it does get built in the sourcecode deps.... which need this script to run first.
Using the system python works fine so we should fix the script to do that.
