Missing tpl_single.h when creating a Qt4 Designer Custom Widget

Bug Description

Binary package hint: qtcreator

Trying to create a Qt4 Designer Custom Widget. At the end of the wizard it throws up an error message

Cannot open /usr/share/qtcreator/templates/qt4project/customwidgetwizard/tpl_single.h: No such file or directory

On checking, the file does not exist or exist in any other available Ubuntu packages .

QtCreator 1.3.0
Description: Ubuntu 9.10
Release: 9.10

/usr/share/qtcreator/templates/qt4project/customwidgetwizard/tpl_single.h seems to exists in qtcreator 1.3.1-1ubuntu1.
Does the issue remain on an update-to-date lucid installation?
