Thank you for helping to improve Mythbuntu by opening this ticket. Unfortunately, this backtrace attached is not useful to the
developers. Could you please follow the "basic backtrace" directions outlined here:

The above process should result in a new ticket being opened, so I'm going to close this one.

Also, could you please rerun mythtv-setup and make sure you have inputs assigned to capture cards? The following message was in your backend log:

2010-03-20 14:02:17.327 MythBackend, Error: No valid capture cards are defined in the database.
   Perhaps you should re-read the installation instructions?

Lastly, if mythfilldatabase continues to crash, a copy of the mythfilldatabase.log from the run that crashes would be helpful. Only one run, please... more than that, and the log gets unwieldy.
