i'm running 2.30.0.1 and it seems to work fine

i got an equivalent crash with gwibber 2.30.0.1 when launching gwibber after PC hibernation.

I tried to provoke gwibber 2.30.0.1 to crash in 2.6.32-20-generic by hibernating. It still works for me though after wake-up. I can't reproduce what Nizar reports.

the changelog of desktopcouch - 0.6.4-0ubuntu3 "Handle reconnects if the server isn't running" so this might have been fixed.
