Problems with 24 hour time

Bug Description

i can only add alarms for times before noon. i run a 24 hour time scheme on my computer. the time gets displayed correctly in the main window (pm hors >12), however if i try to add an alarm i can only add values for hours <=12... there is not input option for am/pm as well.

As a brazilian user, my computer uses a 24h time format. If I do change to AM/PM the alarm clock works great. The problem is with how it handle time format.
