Bug Description

The latest updates I have received this morning in Lucid stops the Gnome Panel from automatically starting. I have checked Ubuntu Tweak and gnome-panel is still the Panel in Session Manager Settings. A temporary workaround I have used is to add gnome-panel to Startup Applications to force it to start.
