Bug Description
Two improvements for asdf-ecl.lisp
- MAKE-BUILD takes a new argument, :MOVE-HERE, so that the output files are moved to the current directory. Needed now that ASDF hides the output of operations in a cache.
- Some methods using OUTPUT-FILES output a second argument to prevent ASDF from merging the output paths with the cache base directory.
