designer doesn't save when user goes to other tab

case of murphy's for you;

i just finished a layout of 15 tables in the designer, wondered what the 2nd btn from the left on a table titlebar in the designer does, switches to other tab, and when i return to the designer the layout is reset to crap.

The patch is already merged in phpmyadmin and Ubutnu9.10 has reached EOL. I close this here as Fix Released.
