after chmod/chown file/dir properties are not updated until refresh

Bug Description

1. create any file somewhere, eg. touch ~/blabla
2. open your $HOME in nautilus
3. right click the blabla, see rights - are 600644
4. close the properties window
5. change the rights, eg. chmod +x ~/blabla
6. repeat #3 - right are still 600644 (wrong!)
7. close the properties window
8. refresh the view in nuatilus
9. repeat #3 - rights are 1600755 this time

Same for chmod.

Happens on feisty too, I've commented on http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347504 upstream which is about permissions update too

This works fine with latest Nautilus available on Hardy, feel free to re open the bug if it's still an issue for you with it. thanks.
