Bug Description

How to reproduce:

- in EDGE create a new Blueprint. Edit his title description, link and whiteboard.
- Check https://edge.launchpad.net/~USERID/+karma and you'll not find anything in activities about the blueprint.
- disable redirection to edge, come back to the same blueprint and just add things in the descrition.
- The activity is recorded in https://launchpad.net/~USERID/+karma

Editing a blueprint's description or priority does award me karma on edge.
Kamrma is not awarded for reistering a blueprint.

Oh ok, I verified again with multiple tests.

If you register a blueprint you don't have it in the log. If you then change title or description, this activities were both recorded in log. And this behaviour is identical between edge and stable launchpad.

So, it's not an Edge problem.

BTW launchpad records karma for those who edit blueprints and not for those registering it. It's a little bit inconsistent, imho.

specadd has not been recorded for 3 years. It could be renabled. It may be an error in subscription registration.
