cartridge error 1049

hplip (hp-toolbox) must process cartridge error #1049

step to reproduce (on Photosmart-Plus-B209b):
remove any cartridge (or not fully fixate cartridge in his place)
soon on touch screen appear error message about cartridge

but in hp-toolbox i see no message about this problem (in windows drivers i see message that to do)
there is no error code #1049 in codes.py - thats why no message in hp-toolbox
