And this is double language movie.English and Chinese are optional.
I just finished watching this movie,
There's one time after the player auto closed, the language change from English to Chinese. I mean the option changed automatically. When I right click and choose language->Auto/English. there's no voice. Then I double click on the movie file to reload the movie ~! this time movie starts from where it stopped. Status is Paused. Then I changed the option. the English voice available then.

In the beginning, Morpheus said I just told you the truth.
And in the end, Nero said anything is possible.
I said, good luck.

And I have used both QQ Player and KMPlayer to play the movie, 黑客帝国1.The.Matrix.1999.BDRip.x264.2Audio.AAC.miniSD-TLF.双语.mkv, on Windows without any problem from the beginning to the end.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, your crash report is either missing or challenging to deal with as a ".crash" file. Please follow these instructions to have apport report a new bug about your crash that can be dealt with by the automatic retracer.

If you are running the Ubuntu Stable Release you might need to enable apport in /etc/default/apport and restart.

If you are using Ubuntu with the Gnome desktop environment - launch nautilus and navigate to your /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report you wish to submit.
If you are using Kubuntu or Xubuntu you can file the crash using /usr/share/apport/apport-qt --crash-file=/var/crash/_my_crash_report.crash in a terminal - where _my_crash_report.crash is the crash you would like to report.

I'm closing this bug report since the process outlined above will automatically open a new bug report which can then dealt with more efficiently. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

sorry, I do run the movie that mentioned above, and player also auto closed.
But the /var/crash folder is empty!
And I open the /etc/default/apport file. It says:

# set this to 0 to disable apport, or to 1 to enable it
# you can temporarily override this with
# sudo force_start=1 /etc/init.d/apport start
enabled=0

# set maximum core dump file size (default: 209715200 bytes == 200 MB)
maxsize=209715200

So I run " sudo force_start=1 /etc/init.d/apport start" in the terminal. And restart my computer.
And run the movie again, and after it's auto closed before the movie finished. The /var/crash folder is empty.
Sorry for nothing that I can provide.

If there's anything that I can do for you, just leave me a message, thanks.
