Bug Description
calcoutDSET has 6 entries. The last one special_linconv is never used and is typically NULL. Setting number to 5 in a device support and not defining special_linconv should do the same, right? I think this was the case in 3.14.1. At the moment, calcout replys (wrongly) missing device support function init_record when number is 5.
