[CRM] Convert contact leads on partner

The function_name is char fields and in the res.partner.address, the function is many2one. So it's impossible to create the partner with the function.

For me, it's not good because the functon is always a char field and you have change only in wizard.
Why do not change directly in manyone the field like state, country, etc ?

It would be better if we keep the consistency in Address views.
Leads and Partner both have almost similar fields for Address information.
End users like a good layout rather than its actual technical aspect.
