directfb-config static linking problems; new version in Debian corrects these

<otavio> Please, ask for sync of libdirectfb-dev. Guillem did an upload today that fixes directfb-config and also use the new 0.9.25.1 version of it. That is good for people that needs static linking

<otavio> well, any application that wants to static link against it will need to handle by itself the -lu,symbol thing
