Bug Description
the commenters name and date is prominently shown in a color-highlighted box above the comment. but the bug reporters name and date is stuffed away in the upper right corner. it shown in a smaller font and in grey on white (instead of black on white), as if this information is less important.
i find the name and date of the bug description is at least as important as the name and date of the comments. therefore i suggest to show the bug description just like a comment, with a nice color-highlighted box above the description featuring the name of the bug reporter and the date of the report.
actually the original bug description already is comment #0, it just needs to be shown that way in the bug report
