zeroc-ice FTBFS. This sync corrects the FTBFS
Changelog entries since current lucid version 3.3.1-10:

zeroc-ice (3.3.1-12) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added patch by Thorvald Natvig to fix FTBFS with phpapi-200906
    (Closes: #569037).
  * Links in /usr/share/slice are replaced by a single link
    /usr/share/Ice/slice as in most other distributions. The previous
    approach was meant to provide backwards compatibility but the current
    implementation of Slice compilers is broken for symlinks. See
    README.Debian for details. (Closes: #569029).

zeroc-ice (3.3.1-11) unstable; urgency=low

  * Changed slicedir to match RPM based distributions. This in turn fixes
    getSliceDir procedure available in IcePy and IceRb.
  * Fixed bashism in cs/config/Make.rules.cs.
  * Renamed CIL package to comply with Debian CIL policy 2.6.
  * Added patch by Raphael Geissert to fix missing dependencies for PHP
    (Closes: #566285).
