Bug Description

Binary package hint: xsplash

Installation goes well till the end ( out the bug that the restart start but not complete)
Lanching newly installed it freeze at the ubuntu splashscreen.

There's nothing in that syslog about xsplash. I'm not sure if Kubuntu ever used xsplash, but in Ubuntu Lucid I believe it's currently disabled.

There was a bug in plymouth/KDM that was fixed after this daily CD image was made - using the 20100317 image should work fine
