Bug Description
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I'm using Rhythmbox 0.12.3 in Ubuntu 9.10
A lot of times when double clicking on an internet radio station to play it, an error message will appear saying
"Couldn't start playback

This error message also sometimes appears when a radio station is already playing, and when that happens, the radio station stops playing
Sometimes when double clicking on an internet radio station, the buffer for it will fully download and the station will play for less than a second, and then stop playing without giving any error message.

Here is another debug text file of a similar bug.
What caused it was that I double clicked on an internet radio station, and it started playing. I then switched to a Firefox browser window, and the music stopped playing a few seconds later. When I switched back to Rythmbox a minute later, the "pa_stream_ writable_ size failed" error message was already displayed there.
