Bug Description
STR:
1. Edit your account information
2. Remove the content of Full Name field
3. Attempt to save - receive error about Full Name being the required field - OK
4. Enter a single space character to Full Name
5. Attempt to save - success - NOT OK

Thanks for the bug report. Allowing only space characters in a full name isn't any use to relying sites so we should prevent that.
