tooltip disturbes drawing icon into favorits bar

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

when dragging the icon of the website out of address-bar into the favourits-bar, that is hindered by the tooltip "This website does not provide identification data" or "verified by..." - I have to wait till the tooltip disappeares till I can drop the Icon into the bar.
