Window does not always raise to the forefront when selecting a conversation from the tray icon

Bug Description

Expected Result: Conversation window should raise to the foreground when selected from the system tray icon menu.
Actual Result: Conversation window opens, but often stays buried under all other open windows.

This behavior happens nearly every time for me. If someone sends an IM, the notification area flashes and I click on it, then select the conversation. At that point the new conversation window opens, but it opens underneath all other open windows. The application bar icon appears and is highlighted. Clicking that will raise the window to the foreground as it should.

I'll try to take a video and post it to my website.

I finally managed to get a video of the behavior. The video shows the contact window, but it also happens with the message window. Let me know if you need more.

Thanks for taking time to report this bug and helping to make ubuntu better. This bug has been fixed in the latest version of ubuntu i.e. ubuntu 10.04
