Bug Description

I am using Ubuntu 10.04, updated from 9.04. All packages are fresh. ACPI isn't working by default, it is possible to fix this bug using "acpi_enforce_resources=lax", but it's not a good solution. ACPI problem also affects Arch Linux. I noticed this problem at kernel version 2.6.32 and 2.6.31 (possibly 2.6.30), older versions are not affected.

Looks like there is already an existing bugreport there: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/418246
But I'm not entirely sure.
Sleeping and resuming works fine, but fan control doesn't.

Sensors says that I have a w83627dhg-isa-0290 and atk0110-acpi-0. Fan control works only if w83627 appears. By default it not appears.
