.deb package fails on install from smb:// share

Binary package hint: gksu
I can open a .deb on a network share by clicking it in nautilus:
smb://odin/
but it will fail to install, when it comes to installation, I'll claim the "file not found"
- copying the file to local filesystem, then installing works.
