Bug Description

Hello,

I found one bug on event module,

If you do not specify "Partner Email" on event registration and try to send mail to him then it gives error:

in email_send
[2010-03-17 15:48:49,165] ERROR:web-services:[29]: msg['To'] = COMMASPACE.join(email_to)
[2010-03-17 15:48:49,165] ERROR:web-services:[30]: TypeError: sequence item 0: expected string, bool found

see method define on registration => mail_user
