Confirmed, it is the same behavior when switching from English US to French FR.
Afterward it contains both a 'Desktop' folder not empty and an empty 'Bureau' empty.
Note: //home/ username/ Bureau'
After login out and choosing to boot again with English US and renaming the folders from FR to US, trying to open the desktop from the place menu brings the error:
"Could not open location 'file:/
Error stating file '/home/username
Bureau': No such file or directory"
After login out and login in again with English US, it works fine.
