Hide tooltips when Firefox looses focus

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

Currently when tooltips pop up (eg. if the pointer hovers over a tab), then a tool tip pops up with the non-abbreviated title. If the user then changes to a different application the tooltip remains indefinitely, *after* all of the other applications.

Ideally Firefox should hide the tooltip as soon as it looses focus, or take steps to ensure that the tooltip window element is only above Firefox other Window elements and not globally "on top".
