[crm trunk] Cannot send mail from crm.opportunities

Bug Description

Hi,

When I want to send new mail from opportunities, it fails because 'som' and 'canal_id' was not created in crm.case and wizard_crm_new_send_email try set these fields. I test it commented these write where set the fields and the mail was sent but, it does not show in history_line from crm.oppotunities and I believe that it must show in this object in form.

Before there was a checking for case description so the communication history was not created if case has no description,
I have improved it,

This patch works well, but in communication history it's normal that text is displayed as html?
