Bug Description
When we install a module 'Project', it depends on 'Analytic' Module.
But, Functional fields of account.
Either we need to supply account into dependancy list or separate account.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Base + Project + Document.
2. Try to attach a file to any Project.
