Bug Description

Binary package hint: netplug

Netplug version: 147~-6.1
Ubuntu version: 9.10
USB Network Adapter (SMC Networks) eth1: ADMtek, Inc. AN8513 Ethernet

When the USB Network Adapter is unplugged with the ethernet cable still attached, no notification is received - /etc/netplug/netplug is not executed for this event.

Expected result is that when the USB Network Adapter with cable attached is removed, the following is executed by the daemon:
"/etc/netplug/netplug eth1 out"
