Bug Description
Where there is a namespace with no prefix defined (either in a Schema or on the command line), XML Zebra assigns a prefix, e.g. "ns0", "ns1". These are not always assigned to the same namespace if XML Zebra is run multiple times, which leads to unnecessary differences in the path files.
It would be better to assign these prefixes in a repeatable way to the namespaces.
