Clarify SABDFL in Code of Conduct

Bug Description

I really like the clarity and readability of the Code of Conduct, that is, until you get to SABDFL, there is no explanation what so ever of what or who this SABDFL is.

I almost didn't guess, until i thought of Guido van Rossum's title of Benevolent Dictator for Life regarding Python - i wouldn't expect developers (not to mention "normal" people) to be able to guess this.

Oh, and please put a "report bug" link on the pages as suggested in bug #52117.

I think the community council is the team which can arrange a change in the code of conduct, so I'm assigning to them.

Hi Matthew

Yep, i'm working on it, a bit on and off, not a lot of time on my hands
at the moment, but Murray is planning a relase of Glom 1.4.0 in about a
month i hope to have it ready for then.

I have some screenshots of it up on my blog at http://halfdans.net/ the
thing i need at the moment is to get acquianted with the database model
of Glom, apparently i'm reading it correctly, and am getting some
strange arrows between some of the tables.

Thanks Mark. What's the process for changing the Code of Conduct? Will you
take care of it?

In the past, Mako has published the diff for comment. I don't think
there have been any changes for a long time now, otherwise I would
suggest that this is so minor that we should just wait till there's
another more substantive change, and slipstream this one in with that.

Sorry to those who received the message.

To keep on topic, i would suggest that the definition for SABDFL is
included (i've already forgotten what SA stands for).

Thanks David. Reading the CoC I'm struck at how developer-centric it is.
Do we want to go even further in this next revision, to make it clearly
applicable to a broader community?

Shouldn't the whole "except of course the SABDFL" part be taken out? It is a serious contract and that joke is out of place. Or if isn't it a joke, then I will have to unsign it :)

A new version of the CoC has already been drafted which does not feature the 'joke'.
