Star Catalog Download thinks there are no more new catalogs

Bug Description
I have downloaded all catalogues through stars7. The only missing one is stars8 and in the starsConfig.json stars8 is still marked as "FALSE" as it should be.
But the download menu in the config pane tells me I have all the available catalogues downloaded already. I know you can download them manually and that's what i will do know. I just thought it might be worth mentioning
