[Lucid] some spanish options not translated

some options of indicator applet 0.3.3 are not translated in Spanish language.

These options are:

* Switch off... == Apagar...
* Switch from user_name... == Cambiar de usuario...

Hi Kamus,

That's probably because of the recent string freeze break, and they just need to be translated in Launchpad and the translations released in the next language pack for them to be visible.

Therefore, I'm assigning it to the Ubuntu Spanish translators and marking it as Low for now.
