closing help also closes xpat2

Bug Description
I start xpat2 and click on 'help', the small window appears. When I close this small window using the close button from my window manager, xpat2 is closed too. Clicking on the "Close Help" button only closes the small help window.
This is reproducible.

This bug is fixed in dapper (xpat2 1.07-10ubuntu1).
