networking disabled at boot

Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
This is apparent on recent armel images (dove & imx51). Not seeing it on x86 UNR. Current images tested are 20100310.1.

Update - this appears to be fully reproducible after failing to resume from suspend. When you select suspend, the system shuts down normally, but pressing the power button no longer resumes the system. After pressing reset, the system will reboot, but networking will be disabled until you enable it through network manager and then select auto-eth0 to reconnect.
