BRcontainer scroll bars not working after thumbnail view seen on FF 3.6/OSX but do keep working on Safari 4.0.4/OSX.

Need to add something to delay loading of thumbnails until the user pauses -- many thumbnails are queued while scrolling in thumbnail view. Implement a priority queue (most visible go to the top, invisible are pruned) for loading thumbnails. Many thumbnails will be put on browser queue, causing visible ones to have large delay. Also an issue changing to non-thumbnail mode while many thumbnails are on the browser network queue.

Raj reports scrollbars work in FF/OSX 3.5.8.

Scroll bars work in IE8/XP and FF 3.0.11/XP.

Scroll bars do NOT work on FF 3.6/XP. Doh.

This was due to binding the mouse click handler for #BRcontainer instead of #BRpageview as intended in prepareThumbnailView. Not sure why this only affected FF3.6. Fixed.

Please test the new thumbnail feature (accessible via the thumbnail icon) for a variety of book using http://www-testflip.archive.org and look for any problems in this new feature.

Safari 4.0.5 and Firefox 3.5.9 on Mac tested - works as expected.
