Bug Description

Prior to the replacement of the ubuntuone-client-applet with ubuntuone-preferences there was functionality to automatically pair CouchDB with Ubuntu One. We need to put that functionality back in so that CouchDB backed services like notes, contacts, etc. sync functions properly.

This functionality was never removed, so this is invalid and we don't need an exception for it. The ubuntuone-login script does this when the machine is successfully paired.
