Bug Description
As far as I could find out resources are currently rendered within maploading. This leads to problems in toggling the visibility of ressources on/off, as the complete map would need to be rerendered.
Making the resources an overlay like the buildhelp would properly solve this problem and would easy the implementation of a resource toggle function.
