Make mouse sensitivity configurable

Bug Description

I find the mouse sensitivity/movement rather "slow" and would like to make it "faster": moving the mouse should move the pointer more than it currently does.

This may be related to the resolution I'm using (1920x1200).

However, because it seems to be OK for the majority currently, this should become an configurable option (probably a slider).

In some games there exists the option to use the "hardware mouse pointer" which seems to use the velocity preferences of the desktop environment.

I recently installed Wubi with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (IIRC) on my laptop and tried to play Widelands there. It behaves fine, but when I set Widelands to fullscrenn mode, my mouse pointer moves too fast so that it is hard to do a precise click. I would appreciate if there was a possibility to slow the mouse pointer down. (If this is a bug and other Ubuntu users are affected as well, I am going to report that seperately.)

I used to have the problem described in #3 on Ubuntu.

After the change to SDL2 in the development version, the mouse speed/sensitivity seems consistent when toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode. Couldn't see any noticable differences in r7285 at least. Could someone else test/verify this?

As I assume the main reason for making it configurable would be to make it behave as expected also in fullscreen mode, I wonder whether such a feature is still required if it no longer changes behaviour between fullscreen and windowed mode. It should always be possible to toggle sensitivity in the operating system and then Widelands should simply use those settings for cursor speed/sensitivity.

I think #5 nails it - since Widelands does the native resolution in fullscreen now, the mouse movement is consistent with the OS mouse speed, so no need to change this.

I am closing this as fixed since SDL2 switch fixed the original problem.
