UI suggestion: Hover information on resources required

Bug Description

Someone else has already suggested more use of
tooltip-style hover information. Related to this, it
would be nice if when you hold the cursor over a
building type on the building menu, it tells you the
quantities of different resources that are required to
build that structure.

Or like in "the battle for Wesnoth", add a "profile" button
(or tab) in the information window, which tells what it
costs to build it, what it needs to work and what it
produces, what workers it needs and what kind of experience
they get, and probably more stuff which I don't think of
right now.

I would second the tooltips. Not all of the UI buttons are immediately obvious, and this little addition would certainly help a lot.
I think the profile tab is probably a separate, but related feature request which would also be welcomed.
