Bug Description
The second issue Pierre Salagnac wrote about, is about the file signal.h in Widelands UI. The name
of this file is definetly a bad idea. The compiler doesn't accept C++ linkage because the name is the same than a system header. It always
falls back to C linkage.
So we have to rename this file.
